You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay for the return shipping if the return is the result of an error on our part (wrong item received, defective item, etc.). Refunds will be processed generally within 1-3 days of when we are in receipt of the returned item. Refunds will typically be made using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
In general, returned items must be in new and unused condition such that we can re-list the item for sale. Items that have been worn or modified after delivery or damaged through neglect or misuse are not eligible for return.
Any issues with items ordered through our affiliate programs, such as Amazon, are handled directly with those affiliate merchants. We would appreciate hearing about problems you might have with products we recommend and with our affiliate merchants so we can update our information appropriately.
